Lydia Sum, one of Hong Kong showbiz’s most colorful and popular personalities, died today at age 61. She passed away in Queen Mary Hospital at 8.38 AM.

Shanghai-born Lydia took up acting as a child in the early 60s, and her bubbly sense of humour quickly made her popular. She hosted numerous TVB variety shows, most notably Enjoy Yourself Tonight, which made her a household name.

The world is watching over the latest sex scandal about Edison Chen and some female artists. Everybody was talking about it. I was not surprise with it when I first read about the news on 28th January.

Many of my friends don’t agree that the photos were real. I wasn’t sure too until I heard the news that Interpol was getting involved in the investigation.

According to the police, Chen’s Mac PowerBook was sent in to eLite Multimedia for repairs, and an estimated 1,300 intimate photographs of Chen and numerous celebrities may have been accessed and copied by one or more of the shop’s employees without consent.

Lin Chi-Ling is named as one of the ten most beautiful Chinese girl in the world. She is one of the most recognized supermodels in Taiwan and has been dubbed by many as the number 1 beauty in Taiwan. Many have also voted her legs as the sexiest legs in Taiwan. She stand at the height of 174cm.

Chi Ling was scouted on the streets when she was only 15. Her secondary school was at Taipei Municipal Zhongzheng Junior High School. Then she went to Canada and attended the Bishop Strachan School for her senior year of high school. She studied at the University of Toronto where she majored in Western Art History and Economics.

She also hosted the Golden Melody Awards in 2005.
