I had arranged my schedule and push away a few appointments so that I could attend the International Wedding & Beauty Expo 2008, which suppose to be held at PISA on 8th and 9th November.

I just received the news that the event was postponed by the organiser of the event, Vion Event Management. I was so disappointed and many were unhappy due to postpone.

Raja Petra succeeded Friday in his bid to obtain a release order from detention under the Internal Security Act (ISA) via his habeas corpus application.

The judge ruled that the Home Minister had acted outside his jurisdiction when he issued the two-year detention order under Section 8(1) of the ISA.

The High Court here also allowed Raja Petra to be brought to court to be released today. I believe this would be good news for Raja Petra and his family, not only that it would be good news to PK and Malaysian. Many Malaysian like me would love to see Raja Petra release from ISA arrest.

Many politicians from BN also voice out that Raja Petra should not be arrested under ISA.

We must remember ISA was used to detaining communist in the old days. Yes, we can still apply this law but only to certain group such as terrorist.

Asked about his feelings on his release, Raja Petra said “I am too tired”.
