Moon cake festival is back again. Yummy! This year, the moon cake festival is fall on 25th September.
The traditional moon cakes were made with melon seeds, lotus seeds, almonds, minced meats, bean paste, orange peels and lard. But now we got more and more favour. Some moon cake has a salted duck egg which placed at the center of each of them.
